litigation documents for court, and will take you
through the various processes, and keep you updated
at each section of the litigation for your approval to the
next stage.
- Repossessions and General Collection Activities
We have had 15 years experience in Repossessions and
Collection activities, and as Members of the I.M.A.
(Institute of Mercantile Agents,) we respect and conform
to the Regulations of A.S.I.C. and the A.C.C.C., to protect
your legal rights under the National Consumer Regulations.
Should you require Court Orders to enter premises, we are
able to prepare and lodge the documents in the court
system at a fraction of the price of normal Solicitors fees.
- Permanent Monitoring of Accounts
An extremely effective method developed at
Confidential Collections & Investigations - we take
control of the debt using our 'Bank Pays' trust account
until fully paid.
We request that should your debtor contact you, they
be advised that the debt has gone to the 'Legal
and Recovery Team' where we will make any
arrangements to have the debt fully paid by the
debtor...we act as your Collections
Department!
Further, we will not charge you for monitoring an
account until such time as we feel that the
arrangement is working with the debtor and we have
collected at least the cost of our service.

We are experienced in Internal Workplace Surveillance,
Common Law Claims, Workers Compensation, Bodily
Injury and Stress claims, Motor Vehicle Injury Claims
and General Surveillance.

Confidential request that all invoices are paid withthin 14 days
fiom the issue date.
We will make a minimum of 5 attempts at an address (Not including Rural) to serve or make contact with a subject or to interview surrounding neighbors at the above fee.
Minimum cost are negotiable and dependant on Court Jurisdiction and size of claim.
Confidential Collections & Investigations will cover the up-front cost of filing your documents at court on the condition that the invoice is paid within 7 days.
